North Wall....a quick visit.

As the sun broke through this morning I couldn't resist a quick visit to the North Wall despite a busy morning doing other (more boring) things!

Nothing exceptional but a visit is always rewarding....here's a few shots in order of appearance------

Wigeon circling the Breech Pool...they were joined by another 60+.

Kingfisher on one of his regular fishing posts.

Song Thrush enjoying the winter sun.

Robin...dreaming of a white Christmas, maybe!

Green Woodpecker attacking an ant hill in the paddock.

Dunnock foraging.

Then in the late afternoon as the sun was setting...........

Brent Geese coming into the harbour

A peaceful scene....Pagham never disappoints!
